# Using Goals to Manage Information Callouts
[[Information Callout]] is a powerful tool when it comes to pushing content to users and making sure that they have seen and are aware of the new feature. However, as an Author you need to be careful not to overwhelm your users with too many nags and blinking Hotspots, as this may lead to dual-task-interference and overall desensitization to the blinking Hotspot.
What you can do to ensure the maximum content exposure, but also mitigate the potential annoyance is to use Goals to manage your Information Callouts.
### How to set this up?
***
If you wish the content from your Information Callout to remain visible, but you don't want to keep showing the blinking Hotspot to the user you can replace the Information Callout with a Single Callout. You can achieve this by manually changing the type of the Callout to Single Callout or you can automate this by using [[Goals]] and "One by one" appearance and save yourself the hassle.
Here's how:
1. Go to the GRAVITY Dashboard and create a Goal
2. Create an Information Callout and set up an Appearance count
3. Add the [[Information Callout]] to the Goal
4. Create a [[Single Callout]]
5. Add the Single Callout to the same Goal
6. Navigate back to the Goal in the Dashboard
7. Change the Appearance to “One by one”
8. Optionally you can change the order in which your Callouts appear by dragging them up and down
