Noticing a recurring theme in support cases? Use [[Goals]] to address specific pain points, helping reduce ticket volume and support effort, and [[Audiences]] to target a subgroup of users who seem to need a little bit more support.

## Target a common issue with Goals
1. [[Goals#The Four-Steps to Goal Mastery|Create a Goal]] for a specific issue you have noticed recurring. We recommend using a dedicated Audience for the Redactions Team, while [[Staging content|staging your content]]
2. [[How to create a Callout|Create your Callouts]] and in Step 2 [[Goals#Assigning Goals to Callouts|assign them to the Goal]] you just created
3. Once ready to publish your content, [[Goals#Accessing Goals|go back to the Goal]] and reassign it to [[Audiences#How to assign Audiences to a Callout/Hotspot|target Audience]]
4. Navigate to step 4 and save
## Target a problem users with Audiences
1. [[Audiences#Audience Creation in GRAVITY Admin Site vs Barycenter|Create an Audience]] for your problem users
2. If the issue is more systemic and requires a more handholding [[Goals#The Four-Steps to Goal Mastery|create a Goal]] or just proceed to [[How to create a Callout|creating a Callout]]. We recommend using a dedicated Audience for the Redactions Team, while [[Staging content|staging your content]].
3. Once ready to publish your content, go back to the Callout and reassign it to [[Audiences#How to assign Audiences to a Callout/Hotspot|target Audience]]
4. Navigate to step 4 and save
