# Onboarding new hires You have a new hire joining the organization and they are at the point of just starting out to investigate your application? Instead of pulling them into endless training sessions and front-loading them, why not allow the new joiner to learn as an active user while being their guiding hand in the process? Using [[Goals]] and [[Audiences]], Learning Managers can deliver structured content tailored to users’ experience levels. [[Goals#The Four-Steps to Goal Mastery|Create a Goal]] named “First Steps in Salesforce” for example. (Optional) For a more guided user experience use "[[Goals#Goal Settings - Key Features of Goals|One by one]]" Appearance in Goal settings 4. Once ready to publish your content, [[Goals#Accessing Goals|go back to the Goal]] and reassign it to "[[Audiences#How to assign Audiences to a Callout/Hotspot|New Hires]]" 6.
