# How to create a Callout GRAVITY is made with the user in mind and we made sure creating a Callout is as intuitive and easy as 1-2-3. This is a building block for any Callout type and while there may be some differences when it comes to the Callout appearance depending on the type of the Callout. # How it Works 1. Launch [[Edit Mode]] by clicking on the pencil icon in your GRAVITY Control. ![[edit-mode 1.png]] 2. **Callout content:** Adding title, text, images, and any other content.  3. **Callout appearance:** Customize the Callout appearance by adjusting the Hotspot color, Callout position, size (width and hight in pixels), [[Callout Layouts]] and appearance count, Hotspot placement and/or assign the Callout to [[Goals]], and [[Audiences]].  4. **STEP 3:** Save ![[it's_as_easy_as_123.png]] *Image 1 - Steps to creating a Callout* Not sure which Callout to use?
