# GRAVITY Callout Management GRAVITY Callout Management offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed for the creation, deployment, and optimization of callouts across your digital platform. ![[callout_managment_icon_white.jpg| 150]] Upon selecting the preferred Callout via filtering or search, the details of this Callout are displayed beneath the list. Check the [[GRAVITY Callout Statistics Filter Guide]] for guidance. ## Statistics Tab To gain insights into the performance of your callouts, begin by selecting the desired callout from the list presented within the GRAVITY platform. Upon selection, the first tab you will encounter is labeled "Statistics" (*Image 1*). In [[GRAVITY Callout Statistics Data Guide]] you will find the detailed description of each value and field. ![[1.30-callout-management-2.jpg]] *Image 1* ## Management Tab Within the "Management" Tab, you can pinpoint the exact location of the selected Callout and directly navigate to it. This tab also displays crucial information such as the assigned Goal, the targeted Audience, and the validity period of the Callout. On the right side, a preview is shown with the appropriate color settings for a more accurate representation (*Image 2*). ![[1.30-callout-management-tab-view.jpg]] *Image 2* Additionally, the command bar at the top enables you to either delete the Callout or edit it directly—bypassing the need to visit the site (*Image 3*). However, editing capabilities are contingent upon having Author Rights for the application; without these rights, you are restricted to viewing only, and the "edit" button will not be displayed. ![[1.30-callout-management-tab-view-edit-callout.jpg]] *Image 3* ## History Tab In the "History" tab, you can review all changes made to the Callout, including its type, Goal, and Audience.
