| # | Function | Description |
| --- | :--------- | :----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| A | Audience | Define and refine your target audience for each Goal, ensuring your Callouts reach the intended viewers. This customization allows for a more strategic approach to audience engagement. |
| B | Scheduling | Set precise Release and de-publishing dates for your Goals. This feature enables you to plan your Callouts in advance, ensuring they are displayed at the most opportune times. Be sure to also see [[Time Zone Implications#Time-Dependent Callouts/Hotspots in Form fields]] |
| C | Appearance | Customize how your Callouts linked to each Goal appear—based on your campaign's strategy, decide whether all Callouts should display simultaneously (All Together) or sequentially (One by one). If you choose "One by one," you can specify their order in Step 3. |
| D | Focus | When a "Focus" is set for a Goal, GRAVITY will temporarily hide all other Callouts on the site until a user has viewed all the Callouts associated with that focused Goal. Once a user has seen every Callout of a focused Goal, the other Callouts will reappear. |
| E | Enforce | Enforced Callouts will automatically appear to users, even if they have disabled GRAVITY. This approach guarantees that every user will see essential Callouts, regardless of their individual settings. |

# Assigning Goals to Callouts
To assign a Goal to a Callout, users must have the "Learning Manager" [[User Roles]] permissions in GRAVITY to create Goals and link them to Callouts. When editing a Callout, navigate to step 2 and access the "Learning Manager Tools" section. Here you'll find a dropdown menu that lists all available Goals (Figure 3).
