# How to set up a learning path? With GRAVITY [[Goals]] allow you can create **structured, step-by-step learning experiences**. Such learning paths are ideal for onboarding, complex workflows, or multi-phase training. By guiding users through content step-by-step, you help them stay focused, absorb information more effectively, and progress with confidence. > [!Important] > If you don't see Learning Manager Tools on step 2 of Callout edit menu get in touch with your GRAVITY Admin 1. [[Goals#The Four-Steps to Goal Mastery|Create a Goal]]. We recommend using a dedicated Audience for the Redactions Team, while [[Staging content|staging your content]] 2. [[How to create a Callout|Create your Callouts]] and in Step 2 [[Goals#Assigning Goals to Callouts|assign them to the Goal]] 4. Once all of your content is created, [[Goals#Accessing Goals|navigate back to your Goal]] 5. Once you are ready to publish your content, assign a target Audience to your Goal 7. Navigate to step 4 and SAVE Congrats, now you have supercharged the learning experience for your users and are providing valuable bite-sized chunks of knowledge in a sequenced manner!
