# Callout Observatory
The Observatory feature within GRAVITY stands as a critical tool designed to proactively monitor and highlight Callouts that are not performing as expected. It combines the convenience of real-time alerts with the power of insightful analytics, ensuring your communications and interactions remain effective and impactful.

Observatory offers two distinct viewing modes:
- **Page-Level View**: Quickly assess the performance of your content directly within the [[Callout H Callout Hub on the page where Callouts are displayed, providing an instant, at-a-glance evaluation.
- **Callout Management Section View**: Located in the GRAVITY [[Barycenter]] for a deeper insight into the performance metrics of each Callout, ideal for users who seek detailed analytics and reports.
## Understanding Dates and Badge Indicators
In every Observatory window, dates and badges offer detailed insights and visual cues about specific issues tied to Hotspots or Callouts. These badges include numbers, colors, and a date, clearly signaling the frequency and the most recent occurrence of each issue.

### Badge Components
#### Numbers
The number displayed within the badge represents the total count of days on which a particular issue associated with a Hotspot or Callout was detected. This helps quantify how persistent the issue is over time.
#### Color
The badge color corresponds to the issue's severity relative to the set Threshold:
- **Orange**: Indicates the issue is nearing the Threshold value defined in settings. This serves as a warning to address the issue proactively.
- **Red**: Indicates the issue has exceeded the Threshold, signaling an urgent need for intervention.
Use [[Observatory Settings]] to configure warning (orange) and critical (red) levels, creating a tailored system for alerts that aligns with your workflow.
#### Date
The date displayed indicates the most recent occurrence of the specific issue. This helps track the recency of issues and understand their current status.
## Observatory in the Callout Hub
In the Callout Hub, the "Observation" section offers a centralized view of observations for all Callouts across a site. An indicator badge on the "Observation" feature displays the number of messages available, showing at a glance if and how many observations are awaiting review.

## Observatory in the Barycenter
In the [[Barycenter]], observations for each Callout can be viewed directly within the "Observation" tab, providing insights and detailed feedback for every individual Callout.
